本文系统梳理四川省名中医江永苏运用理中汤加减治疗慢性腹泻的学术观点与临证经验，并附典型医案加以佐证，以期为中医药传承及临床实践提供借鉴。江主任构建了“病机-病因-病位-病性”四维辨证框架，结合慢性腹泻的基本病机，洞察脾虚病因，明确病位于脾、肝、肾，明辨寒热、虚实，坚持平衡阴阳理念，以理中汤加减治疗慢性腹泻临床疗效颇佳。
Abstract：This review systematically summarize the academic insights and clinical experience of Jiang Yongsu, a renowned traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) expert in Sichuan Province, in the treatment of chronic diarrhea using Modified Lizhong Decoction. A representative clinical case is included for illustration, with the aim of contributing to the inheritance of TCM expertise and supporting clinical practice. Director Jiang established a fourdimensional diagnostic framework centered on "pathogenesis–etiology–disease location–disease nature" to elucidate the core pathophysiology of chronic diarrhea. By identifying spleen deficiency as the root cause, he localized the disease to the spleen, liver, and kidney, differentiated patterns based on cold/heat and deficiency/excess properties, and adhered to the therapeutic principle of regulating yin and yang. Modified Lizhong decoction has demonstrated significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic diarrhea under this guidance.
