中医药在罕见恶性肿瘤的诊治中有其独特的疗效，李忠教授擅长治疗恶性肿瘤，尤其是对中医药治疗罕见恶性肿瘤颇有心得，在临床上通过个体化的整体调整，大大提高了患者的生存周期及质量。恶性蝾螈瘤是恶性外周神经鞘瘤的一种罕见亚型，被认为是极少见且生存率较低的恶性肿瘤之一，当前西医方面强调根治性手术切除，尚无其余完整、成熟的治疗方案。本文以李忠教授2022年9月治疗的一例恶性蝾螈瘤患者为例，结合李忠教授提出的以“阴阳气不相顺接”为基础的病机特点、以“固摄法”为核心思想的治疗手段等，探讨对罕见恶性肿瘤的中医认识及其诊治过程中的中医干预方法，以期为罕见恶性肿瘤的临床诊疗提供参考。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) demonstrates distinctive efficacy in managing rare malignant tumors. Professor Li Zhong, specializing in oncological therapeutics, has developed specialized expertise in TCM interventions for rare malignancies. Through individualized holistic regimens in clinical practice, he significantly enhances patients' survival duration and quality of life. Malignant triton tumor(MTT), a rare subtype of malignant peripheral nerve sheath tumor, is recognized as an exceptionally uncommon malignancy with notably poor survival rates. Contemporary Western medicine primarily advocates radical surgical resection, lacking comprehensive and established alternative protocols. This study examines a September 2022 clinical case of MTT managed by Professor Li Zhong, integrating his pathogenesis theory of "Yin-Yang Qi disharmony" and the core therapeutic principle of "Consolidation-Regulation Therapy". By analyzing TCM's diagnostic perspectives and interventional methodologies for rare malignant tumors, the research aims to provide evidence-based references for clinical management of such malignancies.
